Corinne and Tracy from PPM were as spectacular as the wonderful property i came from California to look at in Lancaster . I mean it ! They are both truly sophisticated, intelligent and thoughtful real estate professionals. The high level of their skills is matched by their honesty, knowledge and energy. The staff at PPM, specifically Corinn, was very helpful in our search for a new space. After months of looking, it was Corinn who was able to take our ideas & plans and find the property that is a great fit for our vision. We valued her opinion throughout the process because she was genuinely invested in seeing that our needs were met. Corinn's ability to inject new ideas into the conversation was also a fantastic aid to our team because not all were able to see potential usage in the same way. Corinn is my wife, and an owner of PPM Real Estate Inc, so this review is as real as they get! My investment partners and I bought a property off market, and PPM was our representation of the sale. The seller was NOT EASY, to say the least, but PPM helped us make an offer and structure a fair deal for both buyer AND seller. It is rare to see both parties smiling at the settlement table for an EQUAL win! Fast forward and PPM helped sell the property a few years later at an exceptional price, and as the sellers we once again had the same BUYER SELLER experience! Highly recommended anyone doing commercial real estate transactions to use PPM!

I have been in business over 35 years. Working with Corinn on the purchase of our new building has been one of the most beneficial experiences I have had. The amount of detail and personal service she provided to make the deal happen was remarkable. There was not a single detail that she wasn't on top of, and her expertise is going through all the hurdles from zoning to financing and title glitches were all handled quickly and professionally. In this age of internet access, where everyone can see all of the properties in a second, it is important to know that the specific agent you select does make a huge difference.
